Yoga Therapy is holistic.

That means it  involves all the aspects of who we are, so there's literally room to explore everything. There is also permission to explore just one thing, with the knowledge it will improve other things as well. 

Yoga Therapy is flexible.

No, I don't mean you'll physically twist into a pretzel. I mean that there are so many tools available- movement, breathing, meditation, study. Sometimes we just talk. Sometimes we apply yogic techniques to other interests, hobbies, and passions. Yoga is about stepping out of habitual patterns to reduce suffering and connect with your true self. Yoga Therapy starts with the individual.

You will tell me what you are looking for. I will listen, and then we will try some things. You will tell me if you like them or not, and if they seem to be helping. As a team, we will find what works for you.
