Yoga therapy draws on yogic and Ayurvedic theory to offer supportive practices that are chosen especially for you as an individual.
Research is catching up to thousands of years of practice to help explain why yoga seems to make people feel better. Sessions may include assessment, movement, meditation, breathing, and/or counselling, depending on what you want and need. Together, we will figure out what is the best option for you.
You may be thinking, "but I'm not flexible!" Neither am I! That doesn't matter. We may not even do physical postures. If we do, know that this is not a yoga class: we will be working within your pain free range of motion to help support your healing.
